Turo Go is a technology that allows guests to access your car remotely, without the need for you to physically hand over the keys.

How much does Turo Go cost?
Turo Go is free to activate.
Who can book my Turo Go car?
Only guests who have been pre-screened by Turo can book Turo Go-enabled cars. All Turo Go guests will go through an additional identity verification step when they book their trip.
How will guests find my car?
The Turo app will locate your car and help guide your guests via GPS.
Do I need to unlock the car for my guest?
No. Once your guest has found the car, they’ll be able to unlock it themselves from the Turo App, and will be prompted to document its condition, inside and out.
What happens when the trip is over?
Guests will drop off your car, return your keys, and then lock the car via the app. You’ll still need to take post-trip photos within 24 hours of checkout to be eligible for your protection plan.
Is my car eligible for Turo Go?
To be eligible for Turo Go, your car must meet two criteria. It will need a valid connected car account from the car manufacturer, as well as being a compatible vehicle.
How much does Turo Go cost?
ACTIVATION
Connected cars can activate Turo Go immediately and for free, but you must have access to the connected car program offered by the vehicle maker.
SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Hosts can currently enjoy free access to Turo Go Digital. Turo may start charging a small monthly fee in the future but we’ll give you ample notice.
How does insurance & protection work for Turo Go trips?
Like all trips that you host on Turo, your Turo Go trips will be covered by the protection package of your choice.
The Turo app will prompt your guests to document the car’s condition thoroughly at the beginning and end of each Turo Go trip. However, you should inspect your car and take photos after every trip, just in case you need to file a claim.
