TfL ULEZ x Turo Host Offer T&Cs
The TfL x Turo ULEZ New Host Incentive is open exclusively to UK-based individuals who have never had a Turo account before and who sign up as new hosts through the designated TfL x Turo ULEZ partnership link on the ULEZ support offer page (https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/ultra-low-emission-zone/ulez-support-offers)
Eligible hosts must sign-up via the designated link and add their eligible car(s) to the platform before 23:59:59 British Summer Time (BST) on 22nd March 2024. Vehicles that have been listed on Turo previously will not be eligible.
For the earnings incentive to be valid, the new host must generate £400 in earnings. These earnings must be made between the sign-up date and 23:59:59 BST on 22nd May 2024. Turo will review host earnings on a monthly cadence, and once the host reaches the £400 earnings mark, a matching incentive of £400 will be processed within 30 days. If hosts don't achieve £400 earnings by 23:59:59 BST on 22nd May 2024, they will not qualify for any incentive payment.
Hosts can only participate in this specific incentive offer. If a host is involved or has enrolled in any other Turo incentive or promotional program during the same period, they will be ineligible for the TfL x Turo ULEZ New Host Incentive.
During the incentive period, hosts must maintain:
A minimum 90% commitment rate.
An acceptance rate of 90%.
A minimum of 85% five-star ratings.
Pricing within 10% of the recommended price found in the app.
Incentive payments for qualifying hosts will be processed by Turo within 30 days of achieving the £400 earnings mark. Turo will add the incentive via your standard earnings payout.
Turo reserves the right to change or terminate the programme, revoke payment, or withdraw participation in this incentive at any time and for any reason, including suspicion of abuse. By registering through the designated TfL x Turo ULEZ partnership link and adding eligible car(s), hosts agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
